In 1977, KJ Hueneman graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and moved back to Garner, Iowa to start farming on the family century farm established in 1875.

KJ expanded his farming to include a farrow to finish hog operation, finishing 3,000-3,500 head per year. Rented crop acres expanded also, along with custom farming. In 1998 the hogs were sold and a stronger emphasis was placed on custom farming. Currently, approximately 3,000 acres are harvested each year. As the operation has grown, the commitment to timeliness and a quality job done has not changed.

A long term relationship with land owners and custom customers is our goal, and that has been achieved, as shown by over 30 year relationships with many of the same people.

Late model machinery is utilized to take care of our clients’ needs along with the latest in technology. Maintenance and service is completed by our own on site techs in our shop to keep equipment ready for work.
